Before You Begin: Read our Tips for a Strong Application

The Voice and Vision Award recognizes outstanding use of the arts in telling the story behind a specific marketing campaign, company brand or logo design. It celebrates the creativity, innovation and artistry that bring brand stories to life, highlighting how businesses and organizations use artistic elements to communicate their vision, values and identity effectively.

From concept development to execution, this award honors those who harness the power of art to inspire, connect and engage audiences through compelling storytelling.

This award is open to businesses, organizations and creative teams that have implemented marketing campaigns, branding initiatives or logo designs where art played a central role in conveying your story.

Submissions will be evaluated based on:

1. Clarity of Storytelling: How effectively the story was communicated through the project.

2. Creative Use of Art: The originality and appropriateness of the artforms used.

3. Innovation in Process: Unique approaches or methods in developing and executing the project.

4. Impact: Evidence of the project’s success in engaging its intended audience or achieving its goals.

NOTE: Our Awards Selection Committee is composed of dedicated business and arts professionals who volunteer their time to review applications. Incomplete applications will not be considered, so be sure to submit a complete and polished application.

1. The Story: A) Describe the story or message you wanted to communicate through the campaign, brand or logo design. B) o Explain the significance of this story to your company or audience.

2. Artforms Used and Their Purpose: A) Identify the artforms (e.g., graphic design, photography, illustration, video, music, etc.) used in the project. B) Explain why these particular artforms were chosen and how they supported the story you wanted to tell.

3. Creative Process: Provide a detailed account of the creative process, such as: A) Concept development: How did the idea take shape? B) Collaboration: Who was involved (e.g., artists, designers, marketing teams)? C) Execution: What steps were taken to bring the vision to life? D) Highlight challenges, innovations or unique approaches used during the project.

4. Impact: A) Share the outcomes or impact of the project, including audience engagement, brand recognition, or other measurable results. B) Include any testimonials, data or feedback that demonstrates the success of the project.

5. Where does this individual's appreciation of art and culture originate? Do they have an arts background or participate in any art-related activities? If so, what?

MINIMUM 500 WORDS

Submit no more than 3 images showcasing how the company’s support has positively impacted the arts organization(s). Email the images to Stacy Broulidakis (as noted above) at the time you submit your application.
